Surrounded by lush greenery, the hotel provides a refreshing retreat away from city hustle. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. the staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to assist guests, ensuring a pleasant experience. the breakfast is delicious and hygienic, offering a variety of options to choose from.
There were some issues with room allocation, as mentioned in a review. Guests had to shift their rooms multiple times within a short span of time, which caused inconvenience.

No complaints about the hotel facilities either, as everything was in good working order.

The hotel has a great location, which is close to many local attractions. the food served was also delicious and comparable to any 4-star hotel.
The room we were initially given was not up to standard and needed to be changed four times within two hours. This caused some inconvenience, and we had to contact the helpline to resolve the issue.

The New Year's Eve party was fun, and the drinks were flowing. The staff was always around when we needed them. , the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated having a late check-out the next day, and the hotel was conveniently located near a shopping mall.
We had a terrible check-in experience. We had to wait in line for an hour before we were told that our room was not ready, and we had to switch rooms twice during our stay.
